NURSE AIDE (NA)
Our Nurse Aide program teaches students the fundamental skills needed to provide basic care to those in need. Graduates will be able to communicate with patients effectively, recognize medical emergencies, and provide daily hands‑on care while respecting resident rights. Students learn basic first aid, taking vital signs, observing and reporting patient changes, and infection prevention measures. After passing the state exam, graduates may find entry‑level employment as certified nurse aides in hospitals, nursing homes, home health, hospice facilities, and more. This program equips students with confidence and skills to deliver quality patient care.
PHLEBOTOMY (PBT)
The Phlebotomy Technician course prepares students for a career as phlebotomists. Students learn the role and importance of phlebotomy in healthcare while developing venipuncture and critical thinking skills needed to obtain patient samples. The course emphasizes how accurate sample collection is crucial for diagnosing disease and monitoring patient progress. Graduates of this program are ready for entry-level employment as phlebotomists in hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This program equips students with the confidence and technical skills to meet today’s healthcare demands.

Are there payment plans available?
Yes, we offer a weekly payment plan across a 4-week period. The initial application fee is applied as credit towards the total tuition cost.
Is there assistance with job placement?
Professional development education is included within the program curriculum.
A job board of openings and opportunities in the surrounding areas will also be provided to Solaris Institute students.
